Journal Editorial Board

This Board has the responsibility of producing and developing the BJMT.  The Editorial Board consists of:  Editor (as Chair), Assistant Editor, Reviews Editor, Development Co-ordinator and one position without portfolio.  These posts are appointed by the Editor in consultation with the Administrative Panel and Advisory Editorial Panel (and with their ultimate approval).  They are appointed according to their skills in particular areas of relevance to the editing and development of the journal, demonstrating such skill by their involvement in writing, research and clinical work within the profession.  The posts are advertised with clear role descriptions and, as far as possible, members of this Board will represent a breadth of music therapy approaches.

Journal Administrative Panel

The role of this panel is to liaise between the funding organisations and the Editorial Board, and to monitor the standard and editorial policy of the BJMT.  The panel consists of the two chairs of the APMT and BSMT, a representative from the Advisory Panel, Editor, Assistant Editor and the Financial Administrator (who will normally be the Administrator of the BSMT).
