| In order to borrow a book members should give a credit card number. We
would deduct an amount to cover actual postage and packing and £2
borrowing fee. |
| The member would be given a date by which the book should be returned to
us, preferably in the same envelope as it was despatched (which will show
the correct postage for return) and a return address label will be given. The period of the loan will be 3 weeks.
Which could be extended for a further payment of £2 provided the member
contacts the office to make this arrangement and no-one else is waiting for
the book. |
| If it is not returned by the due date, the full cost of the book would be
deducted from the credit card. The member should obtain proof of postage
when returning the book. |
| If the book is returned after the due date a refund can be made, but an
administration charge of £5 will be made. |
